Capturing Their Story, Year After Year

There’s something so special about photographing families I’ve worked with before, and this session was no exception.

This sweet family of three, mom, dad, and their little man, came back for their yearly photos, and it filled me with so much joy to see them again!!! We started the evening outside just before sunset, and the light was absolutely perfect. That warm golden glow wrapped around them in the most beautiful way and made every moment feel soft, timeless, and genuine.

After we finished up outdoors, we headed inside to complete the rest of their session. Their little guy was full of energy and smiles, and capturing those in-between moments, the giggles, the hugs, the excitement, felt like such a gift.

There’s an ease and comfort that happens with returning clients, and you can truly feel that connection in the photos. It was one of those sessions where everything flowed naturally, and I felt so grateful to be the one preserving these memories for them!

One of my favorite parts about this job is seeing families grow, change, and come back year after year. It means the world to me that they trust me with these moments, and I’m already so excited to finish their gallery.
