I've been using their coffee subscription for months now, so I'm familiar with how it works. I saw this morning that they are offering this promotion, so I thought I would share it with all of you!

I tried to attach all the information to this post so you don't have to do extra research about the program.
The first thing you want to do is download the app. From there, you can sign up, and claim this promotion.
You can order your drink(s) and food from your app. You also get rewards after x-amount of visits; for example, you might get a free pastry (I've received 2 so far since signing up back in April).
FINE PRINT This is good for new and existing members. Valid every 2 hours. So you can get a coffee on your way to work, at lunch, and on your way home.
HOW THE APP WORKS Start an order, select a location you are picking up from, select when you are picking up, select coffee (hazelnut, decaf, dark roast, light roast, hot tea, iced coffee), select size, and add special instructions (cream and sugar), add to order, checkout and place order. Once your order is processed, when you arrive, in the app (which is the next screen you will see after place order) there's an I'M HERE button you hit. Also, you get an email notification that has an "I'm Here" Button you can hit when you arrive. Panera has drive-up spots designated for curbside pickup, and that's where you go to pick up your coffee. Or you can go inside or use the drive-though if you want and if it's open. Just tell the person you are here for your online order.
USE IN-PERSON OR DRIVE-THROUGH You don't have to order using the app (make sure you are signed up first), you can just arrive and sometimes they ask if you are a Panera rewards member, sometimes they don't. If they do, you just give them your phone number. If not, they will ask what they can make for you and I just say "I would like my rewards coffee" then they will know to ask for your phone number to look up your account.
***one final note, if you want to use this subscription, you will have to give a credit card number.
Which is fine, you will just have to cancel your subscription before it renews, and you get charged for the next month. In the app, it tells you when your subscription will renew. So cancel (I recommend two days before it renews) just so you don't miss the "cut off" for the billing cycle.
Just pay attention to the RENEWAL date
