How I Leveled Up My Life, And How You Can Too! Check Out These Tips!

Over the last year, I’ve made some serious changes to the way I live and work.
I didn’t completely reinvent myself overnight, but I did start showing up with more intention, more clarity, and more grace. And honestly? It’s made all the difference.
I recently shared a video on YouTube all about this transformation, and I wanted to take a few minutes to expand on it here.
One of the first habits I implemented was daily tracking. I know it sounds simple, but checking in with myself every single hour gave me more insight into my energy, focus, and productivity than I’d ever had before.
I use both a physical notecard and a digital calendar to keep everything clear. That combo has helped me stay grounded and present in my day-to-day.
But it’s not just about ticking boxes. It’s about recognizing patterns, when I feel my best, what tends to drain me, and how I can better support myself moving forward.
Being honest about how I’m actually spending my time was a wake-up call. And it gave me the clarity I needed to make smarter choices with how I structure my day.
The second habit I introduced was prepping the night before. It seems minor, but it’s had a massive impact.
I get my outfit ready, tidy up my space, and most importantly, I map out my next day ahead of time. This removes so much decision fatigue and allows me to start my mornings calm and collected.
One thing I’ve really learned in this process is that rest is not the enemy of productivity.
In fact, some of my best ideas and breakthroughs come when I stop pushing and start listening. I started habit-stacking (pairing something productive with something restorative) and intentionally scheduling time for rest and learning. It’s a game-changer.
Each day, I try to include something that nourishes me, mentally, emotionally, or physically.
Whether that’s reading a non-fiction book, taking a mindful walk, or journaling before bed, I’m constantly asking: What do I really need today? That mindset shift has helped me work with myself instead of against myself.
If you’re in a season where you feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you’re stuck in a cycle of never quite catching up, this video is for you.
You don’t have to overhaul your life. You just need a few intentional steps to start building momentum.
I break it all down in the full video, and I hope it inspires you to take that next aligned action.
